### **Key Responsibilities**
Handle end\-to\-end sales closing for residential/commercial properties
Convert site visit clients into bookings
Maintain strong follow\-ups with prospects and channel partners
Negotiate pricing and finalize deals to maximize revenue
Coordinate with sales, legal, and CRM teams for smooth closures
Ensure proper documentation and booking formalities
Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
### **Requirements**
1\+ years of experience in real estate sales/closing
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Understanding of Mumbai real estate market preferred
