About the Role

This role is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and guiding buyers and investors through the property acquisition process. The successful candidate will combine a consultative sales approach with outstanding customer service to deliver a premium client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Provide tailored property recommendations and investment advice.
- Deliver a high\-touch, concierge\-style customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Build long\-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Market Knowledge \& Advisory
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Educate clients on market conditions, financing options, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present comparative market analyses and property reports.
Transaction Management
- Assist clients through negotiations, documentation, and closing processes.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and company policies.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's projects, products, and value proposition.
- Promote the brand through exceptional service and client engagement.
Preferred Candidate ProfileEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in hospitality, hotel sales, luxury retail, real estate sales, guest relations, business development, or customer\-facing sales roles.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or relationship management is highly desirable.
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory for exceptional hospitality professionals transitioning into sales.
