Real Estate Sales Executive – Job Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close property deals successfully.
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and bookings in CRM.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.Assist clients with documentation and booking processes.Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
