Job Description

Generate and **manage leads for residential plotting projects in Ahmedabad.**
Conduct client meetings to understand investment and property requirements.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
**Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.**
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Negotiate sales terms and successfully close property transactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in CRM systems.
**Coordinate with legal, documentation, and accounts teams** for smooth transaction processing.
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on Ahmedabad real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Assist clients throughout the booking, documentation, and registration process.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
**2–3 years of experience in real estate sales**, preferably in residential plotting or land sales.
Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad's real estate market and residential plotting projects.
Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**
Ability to **independently handle client meetings and site visits.**
Strong **customer relationship management and relationship\-building skills.**
Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM software/tools.**
Self\-motivated, **target\-oriented, and result\-driven approach.**
Valid driving license with willingness to travel across Ahmedabad for client meetings and site visits.
Strong problem\-solving and follow\-up skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
