Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead both Inside Sales and Field Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing leads, handling site visits, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base through inside and outside sales activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive sales growth. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Qualify leads, conduct regular follow\-ups, and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand customer requirements, provide suitable property recommendations, and conduct site visits and project presentations. Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside and outside sales teams to achieve individual and team targets. Allocate sales leads, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer engagement. Track sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue against targets. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review. Ensure adherence to company sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Take ownership of assigned sales territories and customer accounts, ensuring timely follow\-ups and high service standards. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field. Experience: 1–4 years in Business Development, Inside and Outside Sales, and Client Acquisition.
