We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer\-focused attitude.
Roles \& Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support.
Handle data entry and maintain office records and files.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Any Graduate / Intermediate qualification.
0–1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
