Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a positive first impression for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities ● Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates. ● Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. ● Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized. ● Coordinate interview schedules and meeting room bookings. ● Handle courier, postal, and office correspondence. ● Maintain visitor records and office registers. ● Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as required. ● Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed. Requirements ● 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Pleasant personality with a professional attitude. ● Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ● Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently. Preferred Skills ● Customer service orientation. ● Time management and coordination skills. ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
