We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across different industries.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Generate references and conduct market mapping when required
