### **The Role**
What if your skills mattered more than your job title?
At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a recruiter who will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
If you’re good at volumes, will also support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
