Recruiter - Blue Collar Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to specialize in blue-collar hiring for our projects and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle for both skilled and unskilled workers. Your duties will include actively sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as online job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and direct field outreach. You will conduct preliminary interviews and skill assessments, organize trade tests, and verify all necessary documents. Maintaining an organized and current candidate database is essential, as is managing high-volume hiring within strict deadlines. You will work closely with hiring managers to define manpower needs, negotiate compensation packages, and arrange for onboarding, mobilization, and travel logistics. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and all relevant labor regulations, while fostering strong relationships with contractors, is a key aspect of this position.
