We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our overseas recruitment team. The role involves hiring Nurses for GCC countries and coordinating the recruitment process from sourcing to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen nurse candidates for GCC opportunities
Call and follow up with leads and applicants
Explain job openings, interview schedules, and requirements
Collect and verify candidate documents
Coordinate interviews with clients
Guide candidates through medical, visa, and deployment processes
Maintain regular follow\-ups with candidates until departure
Handle recruitment databases and daily updates
Requirements
Any Degree
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in recruitment or overseas hiring is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Basic knowledge of GCC recruitment process is an advantage
