We are looking for a motivated Recruitor– Internal Hiring (Non\-IT \& IT) to support the recruitment function for our internal roles.
\- Make outbound calls to candidates for non\-IT \& IT internal openings.
\- Conduct basic telephonic screening to check interest and initial suitability.
\- Share candidate details with the senior for next\-level evaluation.
\- Coordinate with candidates for interview availability and follow\-ups.
\- Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate status regularly.
\- Post job openings on portals and social media (as guided).
\- Support recruitment documentation and maintain candidate records.
\- Assist in basic onboarding coordination whenever required.
