Recruiter

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for Sales profiles. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines. This role is strictly focused on recruitment and does not include general HR responsibilities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Sales candidates.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience in bulk hiring for Sales profiles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and candidate management abilities.
• Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• BBA / MBA completed.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Must have experience in bulk hiring for Sales/Field Sales/Business Development roles.
• Candidates with only recruitment experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
