Recruiter – Manpower Consultancy

• *MachanX Talent Solutions** is looking for a motivated and self\-driven **Recruiter** to support our growing hiring requirements across the Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Industrial sectors. This is a remote, part\-time opportunity for recruiters who can independently source, screen, and coordinate candidates while ensuring timely closures.

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned job openings.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Update candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/CRM and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients for interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining updates.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
• Prepare recruitment reports and share hiring updates with the team.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• **1–3 years** of experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower consultancy.
• Experience hiring for Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, screening, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and CRM tools.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
