Job Description

  • *Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with a strong background in the hospitality industry to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and other hospitality operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across operational and corporate positions while ensuring timely manpower closure.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for hospitality positions including Front Office, F\&B Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Bar, Stewarding, Maintenance, and Support Functions.
  • Understand manpower requirements from outlet and department heads and prepare effective recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk\-ins, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and face\-to\-face interviews and coordinate interviews with the concerned HODs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
  • Handle bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements for new and existing outlets.
  • Coordinate with hotel management institutes and hospitality colleges for campus hiring and fresher recruitment.
  • Manage recruitment consultants and ensure proper follow\-up on candidate profiles and joining status.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate documents as per company policy.
  • Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, including open positions, candidate status, interview feedback, offer status, joining status, and recruitment sources.
  • Track recruitment timelines and ensure positions are closed within the agreed target date.
  • Monitor candidate performance and retention during the initial employment period.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract suitable hospitality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.
  • *Skills Required**
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality recruitment and manpower requirements.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring platforms.
  • Strong follow\-up and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-oriented environment.
  • *Preferred Candidate Profile**
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, café, hotel, or QSR industry.
  • Candidates with strong experience in hiring operational staff will be preferred.
  • Should be comfortable with outlet visits, walk\-in interviews, and bulk recruitment drives.
  • Should have a strong network and understanding of hospitality manpower availability.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
