Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee product quality and ensure compliance with store operational standards.
- Raise material requirements, follow the indenting process, and maintain accurate At\-Par stock levels.
- Ensure efficient stock rotation and proper management of perishable items across the store and related units.
- Create or remove vendors based on pricing, reliability, and performance, as per authorization.
- Monitor and control cash purchases while maintaining a healthy line of credit with vendors.
- Ensure store security and compliance with internal and external safety mechanisms.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations as per SOP.
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and identification of inventory items.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing inventory to senior management promptly.
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain employee morale, motivation, and performance.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store staff.
- Generate inventory reports using ERP software and MS Excel.
- Maintain FIFO records, temperature logs, and food safety compliance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors in the absence of the Purchase/Procurement Manager.
- Prepare for and manage internal and external inventory audits as per schedule.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain and update the Rate Master as required.
- Review and sign daily logbooks and immediately report emergencies to management.
- Submit all bills to the Accounts Department as per SOP and notify Accounts regarding any advance payments.
- Prepare and share rate comparison sheets for new product and vendor approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, inventory controls, and food safety standards.
- *Requirements**
- **Education:** Graduate in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates with a Commerce or Supply Chain background.
- **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management, preferably in the Hospitality, F\&B, or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and MS Excel.
- Ability to supervise store teams and ensure strict compliance with SOPs.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of audit processes, stock reconciliation, and vendor management.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem\-solving approach.
- Knowledge of FIFO, food safety, temperature control, and inventory documentation.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32,000\.00 \- ₹34,000\.00 per month
