About the Role
Nway Technologies is looking for an energetic and result\-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT and Non\-IT positions. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced recruiters with strong sourcing expertise are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities \-
Recruitment \& Sourcing
\* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Non\-IT positions.
\* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other job portals.
\* Utilize Boolean Search and X\-Ray Search techniques to identify quality candidates.
\* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
\* Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Screening \& Coordination
\* Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
\* Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
\* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
\* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
\* Collect and maintain candidate documents and records.
Stakeholder Management
\* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
\* Share candidate profiles and obtain interview feedback.
\* Assist in offer rollout and onboarding activities.
Recruitment Reporting
\* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
\* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
\* Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Required Skills
\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\* Good understanding of recruitment processes.
\* Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
\* Experience with Boolean Search and LinkedIn X\-Ray Search (preferred).
\* Strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
Qualification
\* Graduate in any discipline.
\* MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
