The **Talent Acquisition Executive** is responsible for sourcing, screening, and supporting the hiring process for assigned roles. This is a hands\-on execution role focused on building candidate pipelines and closing positions efficiently.
Sourcing \& screening
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors/agencies, and social platforms *(mainly for roles in the front office, restaurant \& technical departments)*
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Maintain active candidate pipelines for assigned roles
Interview coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure feedback is collected and updated promptly
Hiring process support
- Support offer rollouts, documentation collection, background verification and joining follow\-ups
- Track candidate status from sourcing to joining
Data \& reporting
- Update hiring trackers regularly
- Share daily hiring updates with reporting manager
Process \& compliance
- Ensure offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities are completed correctly
- Follow defined SOPs for hiring, background checks, and records
- Ensure smooth handover of new joinees to HR, Operations, L\&D
- Min 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment techniques, including online platforms, networking, and direct sourcing
- Strong communication and follow\-up skills
- Comfortable with sourcing and calling candidates
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced environment

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
