iFieldSmart Technologies is an AI\-powered Construction Technology (ConTech) SaaS company focused on leveraging technology, automation, and intelligent solutions to improve construction workflows and project efficiency. We work at the intersection of technology and the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

We are looking for a proactive, results\-driven IT Recruiter to manage **technical and non\-technical hiring in India and the USA**, partnering with hiring managers to attract the right talent and support our growing business.

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

· Manage **end\-to\-end recruitment** for technical and non\-technical positions in India and the USA.

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, Boolean search, and other relevant channels.

· Recruit for technical roles such as Software Development, AI/ML, Generative AI, Computer Vision, QA, UI/UX, Cloud/DevOps, and BIM/Construction Technology.

· Handle non\-technical hiring across Sales, Marketing, HR, Business Development, Operations, and other business functions.

· Understand job requirements, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

· Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize vacancies and meet hiring targets.

o Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in both markets.

· Coordinate recruitment across time zones and ensure timely candidate communication.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and report on hiring progress, time\-to\-fill, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

· Identify effective sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

· **2–5 years of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment**.

· Experience recruiting for both **technical and non\-technical positions**.

· Exposure to hiring in India and the USA is preferred.

· Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.

· Good understanding of IT technologies and the ability to assess technical job profiles at an initial screening level.

· Strong candidate engagement, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder\-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize requirements, and work independently in a fast\-paced environment

· Target\-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong follow\-up and closure skills.

· Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Product Engineering, Construction Tech, or PropTech is an advantage.

· Familiarity with ATS/HRMS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI\-assisted sourcing tools is preferred.

• *Ideal Candidate:** A hands\-on recruiter who can independently manage diverse hiring requirements in India and the USA, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver quality hires within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
