We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **HR Recruiter** to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries while ensuring timely closures.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and update job descriptions as per hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

• *Required Skills**

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.
• Experience hiring for Agri Business, B2B, B2C, E\-commerce (Apparel), or BFSI roles will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
