• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in IT and/or Non\-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Experience working with a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm.
• Exposure to Bulk Hiring and Lateral Hiring.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Recruitment Executive with experience in both IT and Non\-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, hands\-on experience with Naukri Portal and LinkedIn sourcing, and the ability to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Non\-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.

• *Required Skills:**

• Experience in IT and Non\-IT recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri Portal and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination abilities.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced target\-driven environment.
