Job Description
- **Key Responsibilities:***
- Lead the end\-to\-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, short listing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high\-quality talent pool.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience through regular communication and professional interactions.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and use data\-driven insights to optimize hiring effectiveness and reduce time to\-fill.
- Coordinate and support on boarding processes for new hires.
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth handling of employee queries and concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
