*Key Responsibilities**
Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases
Post job openings on various platforms
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Assist in basic HR administrative tasks
*Skills Required**
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
*Preferred Qualifications**
Graduate in any stream (HR or Management preferred)
Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
