Job Role

We are seeking a **Referral Marketing Executive** who can generate patient referrals by developing relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate genuine patient referrals for oncology consultations and treatments.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand the referral network.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow\-ups with referral partners.
• Maintain records of referrals and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, or patient referral management is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
• Existing network within the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Self\-motivated with the ability to achieve referral targets.
• Two\-wheeler and willingness to travel within Bengaluru preferred.
