Regional Business Manager

Two years of consistency in present or the previous company is required.

Senior ABM candidate can also apply for this role.

Work Experience

• **Experience in Pharmaceuticals**: Generally 5\-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales or marketing.
• **Equal number of people handling Experience** or aspiring ABM with good conversion records preferred
• **Previous Managerial Experience**: Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving sales in a regional capacity.

Skills

• **Leadership**: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
• **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
