### **Job Description**
- *Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Drive product promotion and brand awareness among healthcare professionals.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and training teams to support business objectives.
### **Requirements**
- *Qualifications**

- 5\+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 3 \+ years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company
- Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
