We are seeking a results\-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead **multi\-campus operations,** ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and consistent business growth across the region.
● **Operations \& Compliance**
○ Ensure adherence to operational processes, metrics, and quality standards
● **Client Management**
○ Build strong client relationships through regular stakeholder engagement
● **Invoicing \& Collections**
○ Drive timely invoicing and collections with strict SLA compliance
● **P\&L Ownership**
○ Manage regional P\&L, ensuring cost control and profitability
● **Business Growth**
○ Drive upselling and cross\-selling to increase business penetration
● **Performance Management**
○ Track KPIs and drive improvements across operations and financials
● **Hiring \& Deployment**
○ Ensure optimal staffing and efficient resource allocation
● MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
● Experience in operations/business management (client\-facing preferred)
● Strong understanding of P\&L, metrics, and compliance
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Strong analytical and execution capability
Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
