We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive based in Hyderabad to drive business growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh markets. The role requires strong hospital and distributor network development, relationship management with doctors and procurement teams, and consistent achievement of sales targets within the medical devices segment.
This is not a desk\-sales role. The position demands field activity, clinical coordination, distributor management, and regular interaction with hospitals, gastroenterologists, urologists, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and expand sales for products across Hyderabad and assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with gastroenterologists, urologists, endoscopy centers, hospitals, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and lead generation activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, logistics, collections, and customer support.
- Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and product awareness programs when required.
- Ensure timely payment follow\-ups and distributor account management.
- *Preferred Product Exposure**
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:
- Gastroenterology devices
- Urology products
- Endoscopy accessories
- Guidewires
- Biopsy forceps
- Stone retrieval devices
- Hospital consumables or surgical devices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of hospital sales processes
- Ability to build long\-term doctor and distributor relationships
- Self\-driven and target\-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Basic reporting and CRM handling knowledge
- Ability to work independently in the assigned region
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Science or Pharmacy background preferred)
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales preferred
- Experience in hospital sales or endoscopy\-related products will have an advantage
- Candidate must be based in Hyderabad
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
