  • *About the Role:** We are seeking a young, dynamic, and high\-performing Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in architectural lighting and a proven background in project\-based sales. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, consultants, developers, and interior designers, along with experience in managing Experience Centres and expanding channel networks.

Key Role \& Responsibilities

  • **Sales \& Business Development**
  • + Drive regional sales for architectural lighting solutions and meet revenue targets.

+ Generate and close project\-based opportunities through architects, specifiers, and consultants.

+ Conduct product presentations, lighting demonstrations, and solution\-based meetings with clients.

  • **Market Networking \& Relationship Management**
  • + Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and PMC firms.

+ Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote the brand.

  • **Experience Centre Management**
  • + Oversee operations and performance of the Experience Centre in the region.

+ Ensure the centre showcases products effectively and provides a high\-quality client experience.

+ Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain display standards and conduct client walkthroughs.

  • **Channel Partner \& Franchisee Development**
  • + Identify, appoint, and manage Channel Partners, Dealers, and Franchisee networks.

+ Train and support partners to improve sales performance and product knowledge.

+ Monitor channel sales, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships for long\-term business.

  • **Strategic \& Operational Responsibilities**
  • + Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and market analysis reports.

+ Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market opportunities.

+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, project support, and client satisfaction.

  • **Required Skills \& Qualifications**
  • + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields (preferred).

+ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the lighting industry, especially architectural/specification sales.

+ Strong network within the design and building ecosystem.

+ Experience in managing Experience Centres and developing channel/franchise networks.

+ Strong understanding of lighting concepts, fixtures, controls, and project sales cycles.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

+ Self\-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.

+ Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

  • + Ability to read architectural drawings and provide solution\-oriented recommendations.

+ Tech\-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

+ Passionate about lighting design, architecture, and modern building technologies.
