We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer and channel partner relationships, identifying project opportunities, and leading the regional sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven track record in project sales, building materials, acoustics, interiors, or related industries. Frequent travel within the region and a results\-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
