As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution network by identifying and appointing new Super Stockists and Distributors to enhance market coverage. You must establish operations from the ground up in newly assigned territories, building a viable business presence. Your role centers on driving both primary and secondary sales targets through effective channel management, with direct accountability for consistently meeting monthly sales objectives. Performance-based incentives are awarded for achieving targets and successfully onboarding new channel partners. Additionally, you will receive Travel and Daily Allowances (TA/DA) for official market visits as per company policy, and a performance and compensation review may be conducted periodically.
