Developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing sales flow, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Other day\-to\-day responsibilities will include monitoring sales metrics,
achieving sales targets,
preparing sales reports, and identifying market trends to ensure sustainable growth.
The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT or AV Hardware or solution sales or CCTV/other electrical electronic solution sales with Sales Planning, Business Development, and Account Management expertise
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make informed decisions
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales or data management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
