Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategy and business expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Identify new market opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasting, and MIS updates.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Strategic thinking and market planning ability.
Excellent channel sales and distributor management experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good understanding of WPC, plywood, boards, doors, or related products.Ability to drive growth and expansion in assigned territory- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Relevant sales experience in building materials industry preferred
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
