About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client\-focused Relationship Manager / Equity Advisor who can build long\-term relationships with clients while driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of financial markets, and the ability to identify investment opportunities aligned with clients' financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client financial objectives and provide suitable investment and market\-related guidance.
• Generate revenue through client acquisition, portfolio expansion, upselling, and cross\-selling of financial products.
• Monitor market trends and communicate relevant investment opportunities to clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt issue resolution.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and account management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Relationship Management, Equity Advisory, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of stock markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
• Self\-motivated, result\-oriented, and customer\-centric approach.
