• Develop and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and evolving needs through regular communication and meetings.
• Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and up\-selling products and services that align with client requirements and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare and present customized financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor client accounts, portfolios, and market trends to provide timely advice and ensure client investments and strategies remain optimal.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and issue resolution.
• Manage client expectations, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and relationship health for management review.
• Participate in client events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to expand professional network and generate new leads.
