Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client\-focused Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with investors, understand their financial goals, and guide them towards suitable wealth creation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and client servicing skills. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives.
- Conduct regular portfolio review meetings with clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and personal connections.
- Convert prospects into investors through effective consultation.
- Cross\-sell and upsell suitable financial products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Investment \& Wealth Advisory
- Educate clients about SIPs, mutual funds, investment plans, and wealth creation strategies.
- Assist clients in financial planning and investment decision\-making.
- Coordinate with research and advisory teams for investment recommendations.
- Keep clients updated on market trends and investment opportunities. (Wealth Management Course)
Client Servicing
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and KYC completion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investments.
- Provide timely updates regarding portfolios and transactions.
Referral \& Partner Network Growth
- Encourage existing investors to refer potential clients.
- Build relationships with channel partners and business associates.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and investor awareness programs.
