*Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development**
Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom, internet, IoT, and technology solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
*Relationship Management**
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with corporate and retail customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Ensure regular follow\-ups and account reviews.
Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
*Service Support \& Customer Success**
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely issue resolution.
Track service requests and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
*Reporting \& Documentation**
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Track leads, conversions, renewals, and customer feedback.
