As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our brand for high\-value clients, including homeowners, interior designers, architects, and corporate buyers. Your goal is to move beyond transactional sales and build deep, consultative relationships. You will guide clients through their design journeys, manage large\-scale accounts, and ensure an unparalleled level of customer satisfaction from first walkthrough to final delivery.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with VIP walk\-ins, repeat customers, and B2B clients (designers, contractors, real estate agents).
- **Consultative Selling:** Understand clients’ spatial, aesthetic, and budgetary needs to recommend the perfect furniture packages and custom solutions.
- **Pipeline \& Account Management:** Follow up on leads, manage ongoing projects, and coordinate large\-scale residential or commercial orders.
- **Collaboration:** Partner with our in\-house design team and inventory managers to ensure seamless execution of custom orders.
- **Post\-Sales Delight:** Oversee the delivery and installation process for your clients, handling any post\-purchase inquiries or issues with grace and speed.
- **Networking:** Attend local design events, trade shows, and networking mixers to pitch our mall’s B2B program to industry professionals.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- **Experience:** 2–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or High\-End Luxury Retail (experience in furniture, interior design, or real estate is a major plus).
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- **Aesthetic Eye:** A passion for interior design, home styling, and current furniture trends.
- **Tech\-Savvy:** Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and POS systems.
- **Drive:** Highly self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and organized, with excellent time\-management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
