Meeting and exceeding goals and metrics on multiple high priority expert recruiting and primary research projects at any given time.
Interact with industry experts/ consultants via various modes of communication like
telephonic interviews using Computer Assisted Telephonic Interviews \& Computer Assisted Web Interviews and gather relevant and niche data.
Networking and rapport building with various industry experts to gather insights, perspectives and thoughts across different research projects.
Collaborating with different departments of Market Research for Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
Independently managing your recruiting pipeline covering cold calling pitching, screening \& networking.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exposure of Marketing \& Sales internship is preferred
Keen interest in Market Research of different industries.
Should have basic business email etiquette.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Self\-motivated to exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial goals.
Confidence in making outbound calls each day .
