Job Description: Quality Analyst
We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our growing market research team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data accuracy, quality control, and delivering reliable insights. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of research data by identifying inconsistencies, improving processes, and maintaining high\-quality standards that directly impact business decisions and client satisfaction.
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Non\-Healthcare)
Probation: 3 Months \|
Bond: 1 Year
1 Review and validate qualitative and quantitative research data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.
2 Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of collected data before final delivery.
3 Provide constructive feedback to research and data collection teams to improve data quality.
4 Monitor adherence to study objectives, client requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
5 Maintain documentation of quality checks and suggest process improvements.
6 Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance data validation workflows.
1 Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
2 Basic understanding of market research methodologies
3 Good communication and feedback skills
4 Ability to work with data sets and identify patterns
5 Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools is a plus
6 Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment
