The Restaurant Hostess is the first point of contact for guests. She is responsible for welcoming customers, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring a smooth dining experience with excellent customer service.
*Key Responsibilities**
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone
Coordinate with service staff to ensure proper table allocation
Maintain an organized seating chart and monitor table turnover
Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and welcoming
Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies
Assist in handling customer complaints politely and escalate when required
Maintain coordination with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Provide basic information about menu, offers, and promotions
