We are seeking an experienced and customer\-focused Restaurant Manager cum Banquet Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and banquet events. The candidate will ensure excellent guest service, efficient team management, smooth event execution, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day\-to\-day restaurant operations and staff.
Supervise banquet functions, events, and special occasions.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and event teams for smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements.
Prepare duty rosters and supervise staff performance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
3\+ years of experience in restaurant and banquet operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hospitality standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
