Restaurant Operations Manager

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including staff supervision and shift management.
• Skills in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and guests.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work on\-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment.
• Prior experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is beneficial.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
