Job Description
Key Responsibilities: o Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clinics within the region o Visit clinics daily and work from the clinic to support employees and clinic leadership o Support end\-to\-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exits
o Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with central HR o Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture at the clinics o Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
o Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at clinic level o Coordinate with HR Operations and payroll teams for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs o Support workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring coordination for clinics o Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and regional MIS reports
- Key Competencies o Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills o Ability to work independently in a field\-based, on\-ground role o High emotional intelligence and problem\-solving ability o Strong communication skills in English and Hindi o Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and basic labor laws
Pay: ₹791,932\.29 \- ₹999,492\.19 per year
