Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.
• Assist with billing, payments, product exchanges, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor stock availability and report inventory requirements to the concerned team.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales promotions, and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
