We are looking for a detail\-oriented Revenue Cycle Analyst to support healthcare revenue operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Analyze revenue cycle data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL.
Monitor billing, claims, payments, and revenue performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
*Requirements:**
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Ability to work in a night shift environment.
Prior experience in revenue cycle, healthcare operations, or data analysis is preferred.
