• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Revit Specialist** with 3–4 years of experience in BIM modeling and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience with **Autodesk Revit**, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and project teams.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Create and develop detailed **BIM models using Autodesk Revit**.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
• Develop and modify Revit families as required.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated project models.
• Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
• Assist with clash detection and coordination using **Navisworks** or similar tools.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers.
• Deliver assigned modeling and documentation work within project deadlines.

• *Requirements**

• **3–4 years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit**.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Revit modeling and documentation.
• Ability to read and understand technical and construction drawings.
• Experience with **Revit Families, Worksets, Views, Sheets, and Schedules**.
• Working knowledge of **AutoCAD**.
• Experience with **Navisworks** is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or large\-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with Dynamo or Revit automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
