Route Lead – Linen Operations

Linengrass is a technology\-enabled Linen\-as\-a\-Service company serving leading hotels across Bengaluru. We manage the complete lifecycle of hotel linen including procurement, inventory management, collection, laundry processing, quality control, delivery, RFID tracking, and sustainability reporting.
We are looking for a highly organized and customer\-focused Route Lead to manage hotel operations, linen inventory, service delivery, and route teams.
The Route Lead is responsible for managing a portfolio of hotels and the complete linen inventory pool assigned to the route. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely order fulfillment, strong hotel relationships, effective laundry coordination, and high service standards.
The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, comfortable managing teams, and capable of balancing customer service with operational execution.
- *Hotel Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned hotels.
- Build strong working relationships with hotel housekeeping and operations teams.
- Conduct regular order reminder and coordination calls.
- Collect daily service feedback from hotels.
- Resolve operational complaints and service issues.
- Support inventory reconciliations with hotel teams.
- *Linen Inventory Management**
- Maintain accountability for route\-level linen inventory across hotels, warehouse, laundry, rewash, damaged, and heavy\-soiled categories.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure system accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate monthly inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Minimize inventory losses and shrinkage.
- *Laundry \& Warehouse Coordination**
- Coordinate movement of soiled linen to laundry.
- Track fresh linen received from laundry.
- Monitor rewash quantities and turnaround times.
- Ensure proper segregation and tagging of heavy\-soiled linen.
- Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams to maintain inventory availability.
- *Service Delivery Management**
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and deliveries.
- Monitor route service levels and delivery performance.
- Track and resolve fresh linen quality issues reported by hotels.
- Ensure accurate documentation and operational compliance.

- Lead a team consisting of Driver, Linen Service Associates and Quality Associate.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution.

- Support performance reviews and team development.
- Maintain operational discipline and safety standards.
- *Reporting \& Documentation**

Education
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
