\- CA preferred.

\- Extensive experience in the Record to Report (RTR) process.

\#\# Key Responsibilities

\- Build the team by interviewing candidates for the RTR process during the initial 2–3 months.

\- Be available for interviews on Saturdays during the initial team\-building period.

\- Transition to the project after the interview phase.

\*\*Expectation:\*\* The resource is expected to build the RTR team through interviews for the first 2–3 months, including Saturdays, and will be absorbed into the project afterward.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
