Safety Manager

• *Position**: Safety Manager

• *Department**: Safety, Health \& Environment (SHE)

• *Reports To**: Operation Head

• *Location**: Spinning Division, Dindigul

• *Job Purpose**

Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by implementing safety systems, statutory

requirements, and best safety practices across the spinning unit.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\* Implement and monitor HSE policies and statutory compliance.

\* Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.

\* Investigate accidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.

\* Organize safety induction, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.

\* Ensure effective PPE compliance and safe work practices.

\* Monitor fire protection systems and emergency preparedness.

\* Maintain safety records, statutory registers, and audit documentation.

\* Promote a proactive safety culture through employee awareness and engagement.

• *Qualification**

\* Any Engineering Degree with M.E. in Industrial Safety from a recognized and

approved institution.

\* Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory).

• *Experience**

\* 10\+ Years of Industrial Safety Experience in Spinning Mills
